Matthew and I were invited to a Halloween event at
Carambola Beach Club, which I was pretty excited about because it's a new restaurant here on Saint Kitts. I was really looking forward to checking out the place, even though the event was targeted towards families and their children.
We went with our friends, Matthew and Tiffany. We ate, drank, and had a lovely time watching the kids enjoy the games and events. The kiddies' costumes were all pretty cute too.
The restaurant itself was really nice. There's work to be done yet, but it's going to look fabulous upon completion. It's placed on South Friar's which faces the Caribbean Sea. There's a large full bar, a sushi bar, lounge seating, and a dining room. They also have an extensive wine cellar and a room for private dinners. While I haven't yet been there for lunch or dinner, I think we're planning on dining there soon.
